Weeds - Nettle

Nettle will sting you. Some people feel that you should keep nettles in your garden because they are useful for wild life. Some butterflies lay eggs on nettles, for example. However they do seed, and I prefer to weed without gloves, and without getting stung!

There is a different plant called dead nettle, which has coloured or white flowers and does not sting you. The stinging nettles have green flowers.
