This was found among the family papers. It comes from The Plantagenet Roll of the Blood Royal: The Mortimer-Percy Volume. This version has been annotated with some extra people.
My own feeling is that this is an Edwardian genealogical scam. The descent might be genuine or not, but it's a good way to get money out of the 'descendants'!
Here is a version of the book published in 1911. It mentioned some later people which are not in the print of the above table.
