Pillow: hard to see, but wedge-shaped and on lacemaker's lap.
Bobbins: bulbs on end, a fair number
Comments: There is no base to the pillow. We also have a dog (as opposed to those cats...) The hand movements looks rather as if the thread has come unlooped from the bobbin and needs to be adjusted. Or perhaps it's a roller pillow, and she's pinning on the roller, well above the level of the bobbins.
