Pillow: bolster, on a stand, close to lacemaker's face.
Bobbins: stick-like, not that many bobbins
Comments: I don't know the artist's nationality, but luckily he's given the nationality of the lacemaker! The pillow seems very high up. Perhaps the lacemaker's eyesight wasn't good!
