Baklava is a traditional Mediterranean sweet dessert (I don't think you can call it a pudding). Here is my version.
Ingredients
a pack of filo pastry butter chopped nuts small spoon cinnamon syrup or honey |
Equipment
saucepan pastry brush scissors knife baking tin baking paper (optional) |
oven:
time in oven: 25 minutes preparation time: defrost pastry if necessary melt butter layer and butter the pastry |
