Patatas Bravas

Ingredients for 2 people
potato
1 medium onion
1/2 tin tomato puree
a few actual tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp chili
1 tsp paprika
slug cooking sherry
pinch of sugar

Equipment
potato peeler
knife
oven tray
pan

oven:
time in oven: 45 mins preparation time:
peel potato
(the rest can be done while the potato is cooking)

Cooking process

Peel potato and chop into inch cubes. Coat in oil and put into oven. Turn half way through cooking time.
Chop onion finely and brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, add water as necessary to keep it liquid.
When potatoes are done, tip into sauce and stir until coated.
