Cheese Risotto
Ingredients per person
risotto rice
Cheddar cheese
1 tomato
plus
small bottle of white wine

Cooking process
Put risottto rice in pan with a little butter. heat, and add wine gradually until absorbed. When that's used up, continue with water.
Chop the tomatoes, and cook in a second pan, with butter or oil. If the tomatoes look a little sad, add some balsamic vinegar and a little sugar.
When the risotto rice is cooked, add the tomatoes.
Chop the cheese and add that as well. Cook until nearly melted.
