More a technique than a recipe...
Ingredients
sugar
a little water
bicarbonate of soda
Equipment
saucepan
spoon
baking paper
preparation time

Prepartion process
Lay baking paper out because you're going to want it in a hurry!
Put some sugar into the saucepan. Add enough water to wet the sugar.
Heat up and stir until the sugar dissolves. Carry on heating until the syrup turns brown.
Take off the heat. Add a little bicardonate of soda (a teaspoon can do quite a lot!). It will fizz up. Pour the hot honeycomb onto the baking paper.
Leave to cool. For a small amount, this will not take long, but you don't want to burn your mouth!
The honeycomb should peel off the paper easily. break it into pieces.
