Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the . Add a little water to make a dough and mix it well with a wooden spoon.
Take 2/3 of the dough and press round the sides of a ramekin (which I used as a mould). Make sure that the pastry is even round the sides and at the bottom. Add the filling (I used sausage meat) and press well down. Add the rest of the dough as the lid. You must work quickly so the dough stays warm.
Cook in the oven for 40 mins.
Eat cold.

This was experimental. Once cooked, I did wonder how I was going to turn it out! But I ran a knife round and most of it did. You can also cook it by having a strip of baking paper pinned roun to keep it in shape. Or of course put the baking paper in the ramekin...
This made a small pork pie, and used the sausage meat from one sausage.
