
This is a strange pudding where you make a uniform mix, and it separates out in cooking, with cake round the outside, and sauce in the centre.

The original recipe said "dariole moulds". I used a muffin tray, and this amount made four puddings. The tops (bottoms when cooking) weren't quite cooked. This is a little hard to judge when cooked! The muffin tray was silicone - I don't know if that made a difference.
I buttered the muffin tray to help turning out. The edges were OK, but the top (bottom while cooking) wasn't cooked, so the "lava" poured out when turning out, rather than at table. But that might have been because it wasn't quite cooked. Tasted nice, though!
