Monkey bread

Ingredients

dough:
bread flour
yeast
butter
2 eggs
1 tblspoon syrup

toffee:
butter
sugar

cinnamon sugar:
1/2 tsp cinnamon
sugar

time in oven: 30-35 mins

Make the dough: into the . Add the yeast, and eggs. Mix well, and knead the dough until not (quite so) sticky!
Cover the bowl, and leave until dough risen to twice the volume.
When ready, melt the butter and syrup and heat until boiling. Leave to cool. (You don't want the hot mixture to kill the yeast in the dough.)
Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Cut the dough into 32 pieces and roll into balls. Drop each ball into the cinnamon sugar to cover, then put in the Bundt tin. If any of the cinnamon sugar is left at thye end, sprinkle it over the balls.
Pour the cooled syrup and butter mix round the edge of the tin, and over the top.
Cook until brown on top. Wait for 5 mins then turn out.
