time in oven: 30 mins (or less) preparation time: prepare veg |
Wash any earth off the potatoes. Slice thinly. Peel and slice onions.
Put in baking tin as single layer. Mix with some oil.
Cook until potatoes are soft, and browned.
The recipe that I took this from suggested mixing it with sardines, which would mean that it wouldn't be vegetarian. You could mix it with cheese. Or just have it as a side dish.
