Ingredients for 2 people
potato
1 pepper
1 onion
3 eggs
oil

peel and boil potato
cut up and fry vegetables
fry omelette (both sides)
cool down
Cooking process
Peel potatoes, slice, and boil until soft.
Chop onion and pepper and fry. (This could do done at the same time if you use another pan.)
Beat the eggs. Mix everything together and fry in the frying pan for about 5 mins.
Either turn over to cook the other side, or cook it under the grill for a bit.
You're supposed to let this cool down and eat cold. It's OK warm, to tell the truth.
