I had some spare marzipan at Christmas, so decided to try a stollen. This is based on two different (British) recipes, so I doubt its authenticity....

strong white flour sugar butter 1 teaspoon dried yeast milk dried fruit crystallised fruit cinnamon allspice vanilla essence marzipan |

time in oven: 35-40 mins preparation time: knead dough and add fruit wait for first rise knead and shape dough wait for second rise 40-50 mins to cook cool down |
