This is a typical pudding from the 1950's, but I've altered it a bit.
Ingredients
butter sugar self raising flour 2 eggs small tin of pineapple raspberries syrup |
Equipment
bowl spoon food mixer square baking tin baking paper |
oven:
time in oven: 45 mins preparation time: making cake mix preparing apples melting and applying butter and sugar |
Here is an alternative. It's cooked the same way, and the cake has the same ingredients. There are still the 4 pineapple rings, but there are some glace cherries, and in the middle a crystalised orange slice.
