Celtic knot tapestry pattern

This Celtic knot is on a carved stone in the museum at Forfar, Scotland. This comes from the old parish church at Kirriemuir, demolished in 1787. They date from the 9th or early 10th century.
I have chosen the colours, but feel free to colour them differently if you wish.
