John Favell's will (1859) bequeathed £1000 to Mrs Charlesworth or to her daughter Maria, if Mrs Charlesworth has already died at the time of the bequest. Mrs Charlesworth is Elizabeth Charlesworth (nee Beddome), and she was still alive, so she did indeed inherit the money.

A book "Sermons of the late Rev. Benjamin Beddome" was printed in 1835. Two of the subscribers (whose names were printed in the book) were Rev. John Charlesworth of Ipswich, with Mrs. Charlesworth. See Memoir of Benjamin Beddome.
Maria Louisa Charlesworth wrote religious books, including "Ministering children". See her webpage for more information, including a list of her books. Maria Charlesworth's life, by Samuel Charlesworth, describes Maria Louise Charlesworth with "the aged mother living with her at Nutfield". This "aged mother" is Elizabeth Charlesworth (nee Beddome).
John Charlesworth, son of John and Elizabeth Charlesworth, went to Cambridge University, like his father. From the "Alumni Cantabrigienses":
