Bedfordshire mat
There is a nine pin headside. There are flowers with tally petals, and half stitch areas, with raised tallies. Things are joined with plaits.
This is made of wool, which means that it is Yak lace.
This piece is too big to fit in my scanner (which is how I am reproducing the lace) so I can only show part of it on the right. The entire piece is photographed below to show its shape.
