Machine lace - mat
MP>The pattern is embroidered onto net and parts removed. A slight fuzziness suggests that this is Chemical lace.This piece is too big to fit in my scanner (which is how I am reproducing the lace) so I can only show a quarter of it, but the pattern repeats. The whole piece is photographed below to show its shape.
