Bedfordshire collar
There is a nine pin headside and a half stitch trail. There are half stitch areas with raised tallies on top, plus other tallies. Joining things are plaits and picots.
This piece is too big to fit in my scanner (which is how I am reproducing the lace) so I can only show part of it on the right. The entire piece is photographed below to show its shape.
