Bedfordshire lace collar

There is a nine pin headside. The main part of the lace has cloth stitch trails, half stitch buds and tallies, and plaits decorated with picots. There is a cloth footside.

This lace came from my grandmother, Violet Dibblee (nee Geddes) 1871-1961.

This piece is too big to fit in my scanner (which is how I am reproducing the lace) so I can only show part of it on the right. The entire piece is photographed below to show its shape.
