Description:
Follow the links above for explanation of how to work the different parts of the lace.
This grid has both vertical waves (top to bottom) and horizontal waves (left to right).
This is simply rose ground with twisted footside on both sides. The distorted shapes comes from the variable grid. I wanted to make it as simple as possible to show off the effects of the grid. Since the variable grid sometimes pushed the pin holes closer together, this does make the pinholes extremely close in some places, but it is workable, as long as the scale is large enough to see the holes.
The start has two pairs work across all others, one to become the first edge pair, and one as passives of the footside, and the same at the end. Then there is a little Torchon ground before the rose ground starts.
