Note that the rose ground crosses the corner. So you must work two units of rose ground (one side of the yellow line), do the corner, then the other two units.
These are not concentional scallops. There is no edge pair. Instead, there is a strip of cloth stitch round the edgte. This means that the scallop and the cloth stitch must be worked at the same time. To make the edge stronger, I have included an extra pair of passives there, so the edge cloth stitch always has at least two pairs of passives. The gold threads are the workers, so colour the strips. The green pair are the worker for the scallops, so do the same. It looks rather weird if put against a dark background rather than a pale one!
