Description:
Follow the links above for explanation of how to work the different parts of the lace. There are two sparkly pairs at the edge - make sure that the right one is the worker for each fan (do an extra cloth stitch and twist if necessary). The other sparkly pair is in the middle. That needs to be worked with a double Torchon ground stitch, to keep it in the middle.
