At the time of the 1881 census, no 13 was occupied by Jules Laboureau, his Wife Susannah (born in Soham,Cambridgeshire) and daughter Cecilia who was born in 1879. He was born in about 1848 in Paris, France and was employed as a college cook.

In 1918 the house was given as the address for Charles William BALDREY, father of Cyril Edgar BALDREY who was killed on 24 April 1918 in Villas Bretonneaux, Somme, France. Charles was born in 1857 in Cambridge. Cyril's mother was Alice nee BROWN, born around 1856 in Cambridge.
