Description:
Follow the links above for explanation of how to work the different parts of the lace. You will need a pillow large enough to take the pattern or something like a block pillow, and some clever positioing on the pattern, so you can turn it. You do one section, then turn the pillow to do the next section. See circular mat. The yellow lines are not worked, they merely tell you when to turn the pillow for the next section.
The beads were too small to use a crochet hook! So I unwound the bobbin, threaded on the bead, then rewound the bobbin.
Here is how you start the lace. The start pins are just below the yellow line, but you can use the row of pins above as starting pins.
