Description:
Follow the links above for explanation of how to work the different parts of the lace.
The zigzag and fans enclose two different types of ground - honeycomb (green) and half stitch ground (blue). Half stitch ground is also known as lattice stitch. It does not really need pins at all!
This pattern starts on a staggered slope. If you prefer, you could make the start the same as the end.
This is a Bucks Point style design, but purists would not approve of a few things. There is no gimp, normally the net would be much wider, and the shapes would be more flowing. So I think that you could say this is some Bucks point designed by someone who normally does Torchon (me!)
